Orders placed before noon qualify for same-day delivery. This allows time to cut, arrange and dispatch from the atelier within the same day. Orders placed after noon are scheduled for the following morning.

Same-day delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, seven days a week. For remote locations or a specific delivery window within the day, contact the atelier directly before placing your order to confirm logistics.

No two arrangements from this collection are repeated exactly. The final bouquet is a combination of what is in season, crafted by our floral creative team on the day. If you are looking for something specific, such as a colour palette or stem, please contact our team at the atelier. A call before noon allows time to work with our suppliers and offer more floral options.

Yes. In-store collection is available from the atelier at Lane Crawford, Pacific Place during opening hours. Our boutique carries a full assortment of unique and exceptional florals delivered from our suppliers daily. If you desire something more bespoke and prefer to choose in person, please visit us at our atelier.

Stems are selected from our trusted suppliers each morning and arranged at the Pacific Place atelier before delivery. Nothing is prepared in advance or held in cold storage. The arrangement that leaves the shop on any given day was cut and arranged that morning.
