We select orchids from our trusted suppliers directly from Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. A well-cared-for Phalaenopsis in Hong Kong's humidity will typically bloom for six to twelve weeks and will rebloom the following year with basic care. How do I care for a Phalaenopsis orchid after delivery?

To avoid drying of the roots and leaves, place the plant in indirect light near a window but out of direct sun, and away from air conditioning airflow. Water once every seven to ten days by allowing the root ball to absorb water for 15 minutes, then draining completely before returning it to the vessel. Do not leave the plant in standing water. In Hong Kong's humidity, less watering is usually better; overwatering is the most common cause of decline.
