Jonathan Anderson never wanted to be a star, and yet here we are.
I love him. He's well known for his gender fluid fashion but also for his merging of high fashion with modern art, cinematic references and surrealism. I love hime for this but moreso his authenticity and tireless drive and ambition. He's Irish of course as am I (well on mother's side) so this is also a winner.
To celebrate his first collections with Dior our Mother’s Day collection draws upon the iconic designs from his Fall-Winter 26 show at the breathtaking Jardin Des Tuileries, in Paris. Our floral collection is influenced by the femininity of the collective in both colour palette and form.
Femme Fleurs
A term often used to describe fashion designs that evoke delicate, romantic, natural silhouettes, pays homage to Dior’s Spring-Summer Couture collection featuring a vibrant colour palette of magenta, mauve and lime green. Showcasing pink Peonies and Snapdragons, with purple Vanda Orchids, Scabiosa and Carnations set against a backdrop of lime green Hydrangeas and Anthurium.
Jardin Des Tuileries
Inspired by the Fall/ Winter show at the beautiful gardens of the same name in Paris. Featuring a delicate palette of pastel yellows, pinks and greens, this arrangement showcases pink Peonies, Cala Lilies and Orchids with buttercup yellow Carnations and Snapdragons. Pale green Anthuriums and white lace flowers complete the ensemble.
The Mother's Day collection was available online and in store at Lane Crawford, Pacific Place.
